EVERYTHING HANGERS

A letter from a regular shopper here at LWA US Shopping Mall on the subject of clothes hangers set us to wondering about the subject in general and we decided to set off on a journey of exploration around the Everything Hangers website via the relevant Wiki, where we discovered that the first recorded clothes hangers, apparently appeared some time in the middle of the nineteenth century and there have been 200 patents taken out on different versions since then!

We started in the Wood Hangers department and found a choice of natural, black, white and walnut, the latter being available combined with brass or chrome depending on whether you prefer a golden look or a silvery one with your outfits. Our shopper had specifically mentioned cedar hangers and we found a great selection of those on a page of their own before taking a look at some very smart bamboo ones.

As we moved around the site we found black and white plastic hangers, handsome metal ones in chrome and others with non-slip vinyl coverings; some great slim-line hangers including an excellent range of multi-pant hangers - a great space saving device at less than $15 and in a range of colors and some very nice satin lingerie hangers.

On the Glam Hangers page we found some wonderfully glitzy models and could just imagine slipping a party dress off the Pink 'Glamhanger' or a little black number off the Amber 'Glamhanger'. Oh yes!

In the Specialty Hangers range there was a brilliant circular hanger for keeping a bikini in shape and even some recycled hangers for the greenies amongst us. There were some very stylish tie hangers that would make great gifts for executives and some very practical belt hangers - belts can be such a nuisance to store and one of these is the perfect solution! There were also some very useful hangers for bedding.

We loved the children's hangers, especially the cute pink ones that a little girl would just adore and the wood ones that would make a little boy feel suitably manly!

Amongst the Hanger Accessories there was a useful device to allow hangers to be piggy-backed and some special non-slip strips, amongst other things and there were some items that would be very useful for anyone with a very extensive wardrobe or a retail clothing outlet to run! The same is true of the great items on the Garment Racks page.

We found a very useful set of items on the Closet Accessories page - especially the cedar shoe trees, so important for keeping really good shoes in shape and the set of bamboo organizers which are both practical and good-looking. We couldn't resist a peek at the Sale page and were pleased to find a couple of great bargains on offer there.

Check it out and maybe you can give your closet a facelift or at least treat your favorite items of clothing to hangers worthy of being admired in themselves! A set of really nice clothes hangers would make a great unusual gift too - whether a seasonal gift for a man or a woman or as a wedding present...
