BANANA COW

From St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the southern Caribbean, we bring you instructions for the mixing of a delicious concoction which was so good we just had to keep sampling them.

At Basil's Bar in Mustique we had to keep ordering another one, just to check if the last one had been a lucky accident.  At the Frangipani Bar, overlooking the lovely harbour of Port Elizabeth in Bequia, and, a little further down the beach, at The Porthole we found that, although each establishment may vary the balance of the ingredients, it just tastes better and better. Do you have a special mocktail recipe?  Perhaps it's an original that you dreamed up one evening when you didn't quite have the ingredients for the cocktail you had in mind but you did have some interesting things lying around and a new mocktail was born!

Or maybe it's an internationally renowned mocktail and you happen to be able to remember how it's put together. Why not share it with the rest of us? E-mail us with your recipes, your anecdotes, pictures, anything, everything!
