The weather is a subject of great importance to the people of the sea and especially those who sail. These pages include:
  • Weather Websites: we ask readers to share website addresses for weather information on the Internet and their comments about those sites and we list those sites as a pool of useful information for readers to dip into as they travel which, we hope, will grow ever more useful, with your help.
  • Forecasting and Prediction: we ask readers to describe systems of receiving weather information aboard and interpreting the material available, including the state of the skies and other indicators in nature.
