Well, we are fast gaining a reputation for providing surprises so you won't be shocked to discover that, although, in the last issue we stuck to describing VHF 'nets' in various locations, in this issue we are also treating the Internet as our Cruisers Net.  Elsewhere in this issue we have extolled the virtues of Jimmy Cornell's excellent  http://www.noonsite.com website, a serious and useful collection of information. We continue to do so...

We've never actually heard the cruisers net at Almerimar in Almerķa in the south of Spain, although we were there for almost a year, having the cockpit rebuilt... The net is on at 10:00hrs every morning and, when we find out which channel it is on, we'll add more details... In the meantime, if you turn up there, you'll probably find it easy enough to find someone who can tell you which VHF channel - the net is English and you'll find quite a few people lurking on it...
