There has been so much written about alcoholic
wine across the ages but how much information is there about the non-alcoholic
kind? We hope to share some wonderful writings with
you by giving you references to books you can look for, wherever you happen to
be, and links to websites with more. We hope you will share sources you have encountered with us too.
Whether you are a connoisseur of the subject or simply someone
who enjoys drinking non-alcoholic wine, we hope you will find things of interest here, and, if
you feel inclined to add to the discussion, we'd love to hear from you.
There is no shame in being a mere enjoyer of non-alcoholic
wine as a complement to a good
meal. On the other hand, to the 'cognoscenti' (the Italian way of saying 'those
who know'), the topic is worthy of endless discussion.
We'd love to hear about your favourite non-alcoholic wines and, in the meantime we will share with you any hints and tips
received from cruisers who take the time to e-mail us.
