We have been with PowWeb for a couple of
years, now, and we are really happy with them. Apart from the excellent
service and superb value for money they provide (we, like all PowWeb clients, pay less
than 8 US$ per month!), they are the only company we
know of that not only allow their clients to talk amongst themselves but
actually encourage them by providing forums to enable beginners to
learn from more experienced users and them, in turn, to learn from
experts.
It
is very rare that we have a query as to how to do something that isn't
answered by something that has already been posted onto one of the forums
by someone else. When, on the rare
occasion that we have misread instructions or simply failed to find them,
the technical support have helped us promptly and in a friendly way, even
when the problem was not, strictly speaking, their province. Apart
from all those advantages, we can get extra hosting time by paying for a
one-year or two-year package. We have become affiliates of PowWeb because
we can genuinely recommend the company and now, readers clicking on the
PowWeb links at the tops of any of our pages can visit the PowWeb site and,
having seen what is on offer, sign up there and then if they wish. That,
apart from being great for our readers, also helps to support this site. |
