To quote the author: Students who use the program regularly say that their scores improve when they use the Drill Assistant regularly.Prepare lists of items to drill yourself on and practice with. Foreign words and sentences, facts, or whatever you want to learn by heart. The program is NOT intended as an examiner of learned lessons, but as an aid to learning them. It's not designed as an aid for teachers, but for students. To learn something by heart, you can't use a printed list in a book, because you always learn it in the same order. Therefore someone else has to test you, because they can ask the questions in random order. But there may not always be someone else around with the time and willingness to test you at the precise moment you need it. That's the reason for this program. This program can test you in the way you want and with much patience.

There
are full Help files, although you will be wise not to use them as an
English language course...nonetheless, the author gets the point across
every time so who cares about the niceties of language ?(!) |

First
things first, enter the questions and answers you need to be able to
deal with competently for an exam, an interview, a quiz contest, a
driving test, you name it...

Well,
we should have put sensible questions in, to try this program out, but
we just couldn't think of any... The great thing is that you can put
absolutely any questions and answers, on any topic, into a table and
test yourself on them later.

Oh
dear! Not so good with multiple choices though. When you ask silly
questions, any number of silly answers will fit!
Seriously, though, this is a brilliant program for
anyone who has to learn set answers to set questions. |
This application is postcardware, so don't forget to send
the author a card if you like the program!
