ICON-S

We found this interface attractive. Of the icon-collecting applications included in this collection, it is the one we like the best - partly because we like in-your-face applications and partly because the program has all the features we want in such an application.

Having said that, we like RipAllIcons for the speed with which it labels and delivers icons to a directory. If you are working with icons in bulk, that has to be the fastest way to collect them. If on the other hand, you want to take your time, view the icons at their best and label any copies you make yourself, this is the one for you. If you are into minimalist applications, take a look at IconSucker, which falls somewhere between these two.

Having selected the directory from which you wish to copy icons , and the type of file you wish to choose from, you will see available icons listed beneath the file browser. Select those you wish to see and they will appear in the main window.

Save copies of the icon to anywhere you wish - this one  was saved to our desktop...
