EASY THUMBNAILS


We selected 176 .jpgs with a combined total of 61.5MB and asked Easy Thumbnails to create 150 pixel thumbnails of them all and deposit them in a new folder created for the purpose.  The operation took about three or four minutes and the thumbnails had a combined total of 775KB, half the size of that created by Batch Thumbs! After trying the batch creation of thumbnails, we used 5 images to try out some of the features in the program.

Easy Thumbnails is a handy utility for creating accurate thumbnail images and scaled-down copies from a wide range of popular picture formats.


The program's interface makes it simplicity itself to find your images and select them for processing individually, in batches, or in whole folders, using a well-designed file selector and built-in image viewer. 

Click to see full picture You can use slider controls to rotate images and adjust their contrast, brightness, sharpness and quality, and preview the results. 

 

Thumbnails can be created in any existing folder or a new folder and you can identify them clearly by adding a prefix or suffix to their titles.
