There are plenty of solitaire games already in the program, any or all of which can be edited if they are not exactly the way you like them... You can crate the layout you want from scratch or use one that already exists... (click on thumbnails to see full-size images).

 

 

You can just enjoy a game of cards - you do not have to design or modify anything unless you want to...

Perhaps you can design your own cardbacks, if there is nothing there that appeals to you. We liked several of those on offer though.
