We were unable to figure out how to produce a snapshot of this application's window so you will have to use your imagination (or install 3DExplorer!). After you've installed this extraordinary application, a small window pops up. If you are unprepared it can quite take you by surprise to discover that the mouse no longer functions anywhere except in that screen. It took us a moment of panic or two to discover quite what was going on and a nasty accident could have occurred in the meantime. As we discovered, when we finally managed to re-gain control of the computer and our senses, and managed to open the About file embedded in the application, the controls are as follows: F1 brings up the About screen F2 to select drive/device/mode Alt+Enter to toggle Full Screen/Window ESC to exit Use the mouse to zoom down into the labyrinth below the surface you usually see and up into the folders that are washing about in My Documents or all over the Desktop, waiting for you to deal with their contents...Oops, that was a bit of a giveaway, wasn't it? It was quite a shock to see the nasty little stack of unanswered e-mail folders that was a string along the lines of MustSortOut/EvenMoreStuff/MoreStuff/StuffToSortOut. Just one of a large and shameful set of reminders that it may be fun to play computer games against an invisible (and non-existent) opponent but it doesn't do much for communications... anyway, you can click on objects that appear to be strung out in space and they actually open, so be careful! You don't want to accidentally delete the contents of your Registry when it pops up in an open Notepad! That quite took us by surprise! We enjoyed the tour but would not recommend 3D Explorer as a permanent way of approaching Windows - the dizziness is hard to deal with! If/When you pass this program along, you may like to include a copy of the list of controls!
