Fun With Freeware 1

Use a password you can remember or write it down and you will be fine! 

Panda Security Manager, accessible through PandaMoney 3 Major, or via a separate shortcut, has three tabs and, to get to it, you must always present your user name and password.

The first tab lets you add other users to your account and to define the extent of their access rights - whether they can modify, add or delete records. This means that, for example, you could grant your accountant full access to your files but allow your partner only viewing access, or vice versa. 

You can modify the access rights of other users at any time (after a blazing argument perhaps?!) and delete users altogether (if they nag you about overspending, maybe?!).The second tab is the editor for the first one and the third tab is a bank account listing facility. 

Another, separate, utility is the PandaMoney Import Utility, designed to allow existing users of PandaMoney 2.0 to transfer their files over to PandaMoney 3.0.

The Print Wizard allows you to print your own checks and envelopes (judging by the spelling this may infer that accounts are in US$ but perhaps one can choose - there was not time to check out all the details, only to ensure that the program loads without causing Panda-monium (Sorry!)) and get a rough idea of what it will do for you.  A little window will supply tips (or you can press F8 and switch it off) but, if you want more help, you must be connected to the Internet.
We find this useful as it stands but you could always load the program and then access the Panda website for updates/information etc and, perhaps, download useful material for later perusal if you want more.
